All Loftsails products come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
- Claims must be submitted by the original purchaser
- If purchased via a retailer, contact the store directly
- Improper rigging or damage caused by misuse may void the warranty
You may return unused items within 30 days of receipt.
- Items must be in original condition and packaging
- A 10% restocking fee applies to all returned items
- Return shipping is at the customer's expense
- Final Sale collections are non-returnable (see product page)
