Skyblade 2024 Design Breakdown | Tech Talk

Though the principal design for the new Loftsails Skyblade was completed in early 2023 and both Monty Spindler and the test team were satisfied with the result, the conclusion was that it did not measure up to the standards of the competition.

The decision was made to completely scrap the initial design and reshape the sail from the ground up.
